When design studio Intercity redesigned its portfolio website at the beginning of 2024, founder Nathan Gale asked me to rethink how the studio presents itself in words.

I developed a new ‘About’ section and a clear articulation of the studio’s approach – establishing a tone that is direct, considered and aligned with the work. This extended across the functional areas of the site, ensuring consistency in how the studio communicates.

Nathan continues to write news and project updates himself, with the core voice and structure in place to support ongoing content.
