Martin Redwood approached me to rethink the web presence of his home technology and cinema installation company, The London Home Cinema Co.

The starting point was a simple insight: his customers weren’t looking to be bamboozled by technical detail or industry jargon. They wanted clarity, reassurance and a sense that they were in safe hands.

I developed a new tone of voice that was straightforward, conversational and quietly confident, before restructuring the website around a more narrative approach – guiding visitors through the offer in a way that felt intuitive and considered.

The site was built in Squarespace, giving the business a platform that is both easy to manage and flexible as it evolves.

Since launch, the response has been immediate. Enquiries are coming in thick and fast, and Martin still messages me each time a new one lands.
